AN iconic 80s movie star looked completely unrecognizable as she reunited with her former co-star from the flick that made her famous.
The American actress, now 60, was in her early 20s when she landed the role of Heather McNamara – the “nice Heather” in the yellow cheer uniform – in the 1988 cult teen comedy-crime flick Heathers.

She was one of the ultimate original mean girls of teen movies – and 37 years later, she hasn’t aged a day[/caption]
She shared the screen with Christian Slater as troubled teen Jason, Shannen Doherty as green-clad Heather Duke, and Winona Ryder as Veronica, the brainy outsider in blue who was wise beyond her years.
Have you guessed yet?
It’s Lisanne Falk.
She was barely out of her teens when she bagged her breakout role as Heather McNamara.
Lisanne may have moved away from the heavily hairsprayed and backcombed look of the 80s, but she has barely aged a day in a recent pic as she reunites with her former co-star.
The dark comedy is about cliques, chaos and teen murder went on to become one of the most iconic — and quotable — high school movies of the 80s.
When it was released in 1988, Heathers proved highly controversial – mainly due to its macabre dark humour that centered on murder, suicide, sex and how easily teens are swayed.
Despite a lukewarm box office run at the time, Heathers went on to become a cult phenomenon, earning a loyal fan base thanks to its razor-sharp dialogue and dark take on teen life.
The movie inspired a stage musical, a TV reboot, and continues to influence high school dramas more than three decades later.
Winona Ryder and Christian Slater’s careers skyrocketed off the back of the film.
Meanwhile, Lisanne went on to appear in movies including Say Anything… with John Cusack and Past Midnight alongside Paul Giamatti.
A year before Heathers’ release, she starred alongside Robert Downey Jr in the drama Less Than Zero.
She also popped up in TV roles before quietly stepping back from Hollywood in the late 90s.
The actress later moved to London, focusing on life away from the spotlight and raising her family.
