NDRRMC: 3 dead due to Mirasol, Nando, habagat

Three people have been reported dead due to the combined effects of tropical cyclones Mirason and Nando, and the southwest monsoon or habagat, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) reported Tuesday.
