LOVE Island Games’ Isaiah Campbell has a shocked response to his ex-girlfriend arriving in the Villa during a sexy new challenge.
The TV star was in the middle of the infamous Heart Rate Challenge when his former flame entered the scene.

It all happened during Monday night’s episode of Love Island Games when the islanders thought everyone had had their turn at the challenge.
Each couple was tasked to try to raise the heart rate of their fellow islanders with sexy costumes, lap dances, and sultry make-out sessions.
However, no one expected two new bombshells to enter the game – especially Isaiah, whose jaw dropped upon eyeing a familiar face.
In walked Sydney Paight from Love Island USA Season 4 and Marvin Anthony from Love Island France Season 1, dressed in sexy boxing attire.
Immediately, Sydney pointed out that she and Isaiah hadn’t seen each other since their breakup, and that was apparent based on Isaiah’s reaction to her surprise arrival.
The former lovebirds were runners-up on their season of Love Island USA.
Isaiah appeared uncomfortable as he sank into the couch and revealed to his co-stars that Sydney was indeed his ex-lover.
“I didn’t really see it coming at all,” the reality star admitted during a confessional interview.
Sydney didn’t ignore the elephant in the room either as she approached Isaiah and hugged him after getting to know some of the other islanders.
“I feel like I could cut the tension with a…I don’t know how the saying goes,” Sydney said in a separate interview.
Lucinda Strafford didn’t waste any time in asking for details about the pair’s obvious past, in which Sydney revealed she “used to date” Isaiah.
The energy appeared to die down around the fire pit as the awkward scene unfolded.
“Chats definitely need to be had,” Sydney tells the group, while Isaiah seems to look away from the blonde beauty.
However, fans will have to wait until Tuesday night to see the conversation play out, as the episode ended with the contestants learning whose heart rate skyrocketed the most and the least during the challenge.

All eyes were on Isaiah and his partner Nicola Gauci Borda-Warr, as they raised heart rates the most, earning them the title of the new “Power Couple.”
They also now have the power to choose two men and two women from the vulnerable couples to compete against each other in a duel.
The couples on the chopping block after their lackluster performances in the Heart Rate Challenge are Kay Kay Gray and Chris Seeley, Andrea and Toby Aromolaran, and Andreina Santos and Johnny Middlebrooks.
