Rep. Barzaga files ethics complaint vs. Rep. Puno

Cavite 4th District Rep. Francisco “Kiko” Barzaga filed an ethics complaint against House Deputy Speaker Ronaldo Puno, due to “acts constituting misconduct unbecoming of a Member of the House of Representatives.”
