Dismissal proceedings are now underway against suspended Baguio District Engineer Rene Zarate after he allegedly tampered with documents that could serve as evidence of anomalies in the city’s infrastructure projects, said Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon.
