Ex-DPWH engineers, Disacayas now considered ‘protected witnesses’ by DOJ

Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla said former DPWH engineers Henry Alcantara, Brice Hernandez, and Jaypee Mendoza, as well as contractors Curlee and Sarah Discaya are now considered “protected witnesses.”
