A 14-year-old girl who died after getting a secret boob job also had liposuction and a Brazilian Butt Lift, according to reports.
Paloma Nicole Arellano Escobedo passed away in hospital a week after the operation in Mexico, and the surgeon has now been suspended.

Her father Carlos Said Arellano had no prior knowledge of the op, and thought she had died of neurological complications from Covid-19.
But during the funeral, he realised she had undergone cosmetic surgery.
An examination confirmed she had breast implants and surgical scars.
Horrified, Carlos filed a complaint and demanded an investigation.
His daughter passed away in hospital in the city of Durango, Mexico, on Saturday.
According to reports, the teen secretly had three cosmetic surgeries: breast enlargement, liposuction, and a Brazilian Butt Lift.
These are high-risk procedures even for adults.
The surgeon responsible is a member of the Mexican Council of Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery.
Following the father’s complaint, the Prosecutor’s Office ordered for the victim’s body to undergo an autopsy.
The preliminary examination confirmed cerebral edema, meaning swelling on the brain, and lung damage.
The final pathological report which will take 10 to 20 days, however.

He has reportedly been suspended from practising as the police probe continues.
