OCD: Nearly 2 million Filipinos affected by recent storms, habagat

Nearly 2 million Filipinos or more than 550,000 families have been affected or displaced by the back-to-back onslaught of tropical cyclones Mirasol, Nando, and Opong, along with the southwest monsoon, according to the Office of Civil Defense.
