The NYPD towed an eye-popping 60 cars, vans and campers from along a neglected stretch of street in the Bronx earlier this month that has come to resemble a half-mile long “Sanford & Son”-like junkyard – an area that included illegal car washes and a an abandoned lot turned into a putrid mini-garbage dump.
