ALANA “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson was forced to go to hospital after her car was T-boned in a horror crash on Friday, her mom has revealed.
June “Mama June” Shannon posted a gutwrenching video to her Instagram as she rushed to be by her 20-year-old daughter’s side.

Alana and her live in boyfriend, Dralin Carswell, were seen outside her small Denver rental. It is unclear if this is the car involved in the accident[/caption]
She revealed the gutwrenching moment she receieved the call about the accident.
Honey Boo Boo, real name Alana Thompson, is now safely recovering from home, her mom added.
“Today is definitely been a crazy day since 3 o’clock,” Mama June wrote.
“This is what I hate that. Alana Thompson is 23 hours away, but she is following her dreams when you get that phone call and your stomach drops and all you can hear is someone hollering trust me I’ll do a story time about it tomorrow but she is at home.
“She is resting. It could’ve been a lot worse than it was.
“She is banged up a little bit but other than that she is OK first car wreck.
“She was just going to go get her hair done and her phone call was to the police or second phone call was to her clinical director because tomorrow would’ve been her first day that she would’ve started clinicals and she still saying that she’s gonna get up in the morning and go we will see but headed to Denver to get her rental car get the car situation figured out and making sure that she is OK.
