It also showcased the picturesque mountain views from the multi-level balcony, outdoor firepit, and jacuzzi.
The U.S. Sun has exclusively obtained the listing, which shares additional details about the property, including its close proximity to mountain trails, in-house arcade, exercise room, and sauna.

Given it’s a rental, Meredith isn’t the only one who gets to bask in the over-the-top amenities and breathtaking scenery.
It’s also readily available via Airbnb, boasting a comfortable sleeping environment with eight beds for up to 12 guests, according to the listing.
However, those interested in renting the spacious retreat might have to wait a while, as it’s nearly entirely booked for the next couple of months.
HOUSE HOPPING
Meredith has been open about her preference for renting properties over purchasing her own home.
She previously moved into a massive $35,000-a-month rental home to film Season 5 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
Cameras documented the lives of the reality star, her husband, Seth, and their two children, Brooks and Chloe, while they resided in the pricey Park City space.
The U.S. Sun previously obtained property records, which showed that the listing was removed in January 2024, ahead of the show’s filming in February.
It was again listed for rent the following June, aligning with the filming schedule, which typically lasts three to four months.
Meredith has spoken about her decision to rent multiple times over the years, as fans have become increasingly intrigued by her living situation.
“In terms of affording a house, we are living a lifestyle that we are actually spending a lot more money than it would cost us to buy a house because it’s what my choice is, to figure out what we want to do right now,” the TV personality shared with host Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live in 2022.

FEUDING CO-STARS
Fans feared that Meredith’s time on the long-running series had come to an end earlier this year after she had a blowout fight with her co-star Britani Bateman.
Reports circulated that Meredith was forced to stop filming mid-season due to alleged comments she’s made about Britani.
Rumors then swirled that Meredith might’ve been suspended from RHOSLC, but The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed in April that that wasn’t the case.
An insider revealed that although the pair got into some heated altercations, nothing warranted a suspension, and Meredith will remain on the show.
Season 6 of RHOSLC premiered on September 16, reuniting Meredith and Britani, who returned as a friend of the housewives.
The rest of the cast includes Lisa Barlow, Mary Cosby, Heather Gay, Angie Katsanevas, Bronwyn Newport, and Whitney Rose.
