One meal at risk is a linguine that comes with meatballs and is topped with a marinara sauce.
It was sold at Walmart and shoppers should look out for best if used by dates between September 22 and October 1.
Walmart has confirmed that the item has since been pulled from shelves, as per The New York Times.
Another product feared to be contaminated with the bacteria is a frozen Cajun style blackened chicken fettuccine alfredo.
This was sold at Trader Joe’s stores across a slew of states, including California, Arizona and New Mexico.
