Vice President Sara Duterte should know the difference between an allegation and a conviction, Malacañang said on Tuesday, after the second-in-command accused Leyte Rep. Ferdinand Martin Romualdez of corruption and insinuated that the Palace may also be involved in anomalous transactions.
