The duo competed in a one-on-one battle on Tuesday night’s episode, as did Kendall Washington and Josh Goldstein.

Both pairs went head-to-head in the ring, as they fought to keep heavy medicine balls off their side and onto the others in an allotted time.
The ladies went first, and Garbi took the lead, winning the first round of the challenge.
However, things took a dangerous turn when Garbi accidentally threw one of the heavy balls at Nicola’s head in the second round, knocking the Love Island Malta alum to the ground.
The game abruptly halted as everyone looked on in shock as Nicola lay on the mat, and Garbi immediately rushed to her side.
Medics then rushed in to tend to Nicola, who was alert, communicating, and pleading to continue the game, which would’ve decided her fate on the show.
Despite Nicola’s pleas, the staff escorted her off the set, and host Ariana Madix revealed to the cast that, although the TV star felt much better, she was unable to continue.
Ariana also announced that since Nicola was ahead in the game, she had secured the victory and remained in the villa.
Nicola, unfortunately, was sent home without a formal farewell to her castmates or her partner, Casey O’Gorman.
Garbi expressed her disappointment and sadness over what transpired, saying it wasn’t the way she wanted to win.
It was then time for her partner, Kendall, to compete in the same challenge against Josh.
The guys put up a grueling fight that had everyone’s mouths agape with their strength and drive to win.
However, it was an upset for Kendall, who lost by just seconds to his opponent, and he was sent packing.
Numerous cast members broke down in tears over Kendall’s loss, including the Love Island USA Season 6 star, who struggled to keep his emotions in check while addressing his co-stars.
There are now 12 contestants remaining and still vying for the $250,000 cash prize—the biggest in the franchise’s history.
The last islanders to get the boot were Andreina Santos and Marvin Brooks during Sunday night’s episode.
