ICC Registry pushes back on Duterte medical order

The Registry of the International Criminal Court (ICC) has informed the Pre-Trial Chamber that its Medical Officer is not authorized to provide an assessment of former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte’s fitness to stand trial.
