The veteran will play second fiddle for at least Sunday’s game in London against the Minnesota Vikings.
In response to this announcement, Sanders gave a bizarre reaction to the media.
A video emerged of the 23-year-old miming answers to the journalist’s questions, not uttering a single word.
If you had watched the video on mute, you could be forgiven for thinking his answers were genuine.
Instead, he took “no comment” to a whole new level.
This comes on the back of claiming he was better than some starting quarterbacks already.
So perhaps he thought it was better to say nothing than risk more wrath from the media with his comments.
Ahead of his rookie NFL season this year, Sanders spent two years as the Colorado Buffaloes’ starting quarterback, with his father, Deion, as head coach.
He was then picked up in the 2025 NFL Draft by the Browns in the fifth round.
Heading into the weekend, he was predicted by many to be a top-five prospect.
Instead, he slid to the 144th overall pick.
However, his impact on the league is shown by the fact that he has the fifth-best-selling jersey in the NFL.
Despite this, he is yet to play a down of football in the NFL and looks likely to spend much of the season on the bench.
The Browns are currently 1-3, having not topped their division since 1989.
