YOUTUBE has made its final decision on NBC and Sunday Night Football’s future after a blackout warning.
The deal between NBC and YouTube TV came to an end on October 1.

But the providers have come to a short-term agreement, meaning fans won’t miss out on Sunday Night Football, yet.
The idea is for YouTube TV customers to continue to have access to NBC’s live sports content, including the NFL and college football.
The negotiations for a longer-term deal are ongoing.
A spokesperson at Google told Variety, “We’ve reached a short-term extension to avoid disruption to our service while we work toward a new agreement with NBCUniversal.
“We appreciate our subscribers’ patience while we negotiate on their behalf.”
The two giants are still clashing over price and distribution, but there is another thorny issue on the table too: “ingestion.”
They are haggling over what could become an industry-wide practice, as YouTube TV will negotiate with Disney next month.
YouTube wants the right to pull Peacock content straight into its own app.
This would hand it valuable viewer data and boost its all-important watch-time stats.
According to CNBC’s Alex Sherman, YouTube has a unique advantage in carriage disputes.
“YouTube TV, at 10 million, is getting to be a major player in the distribution game.
“And it wants to be treated as such.
“That means, it wants lower rates for NBCU’s networks.
“YouTube TV executives haven’t been thrilled with the way NBCU has priced Peacock.
