Election lawyer on snap elections: ‘Hindi mangyayari ‘yun sa ating Saligang Batas’

Election lawyer Romulo Macalintal shot down Monday a proposal by Senate Minority Leader Alan Peter Cayetano for a snap election after all the country’s leaders from the President to members of Congress resign their posts.
