‘Hero Dog’ Luke shields family as house collapses in Cebu quake

In the middle of chaos and falling debris during the magnitude 6.9 earthquake that struck Cebu, one family in Barangay Paypay, Daanbantayan town, found hope and survival in the most loyal of companions—their dog, Luke.
