A massive bruise could be seen on her wrist as well as smaller bruising across her other arm and the rest of her body.
A white bandage was wrapped around her right knee, as she slowly moved to the music.
She captioned the video: “My boys had to leave and go back to Maui … this is the way I express myself and pray through art … father who art in heaven … I’m not here for concern or pity.
“I just want to be a good woman and be better … and I do have wonderful support, so have a brilliant day !!!
“Psss I fell down the stairs at my friend’s house … it was horrible … it snaps out now and then, not sure if it’s broken but for now it’s snapped in !!!Thank u god”
The post comes a month after concern was raised for the pop icon’s welfare as fans questioned the cleanliness of her home.
Britney shares her sons Sean, 20, and Jayden. 19, with her ex-husband Kevin Federline.
The former couple were married for three years, and the boys tend to steer clear of the spotlight.
In 2023, Jayden and Sean moved to Hawaii with their dad and his new wife, Victoria Prince, and their two half-sisters.
There were rife reports of a rift at the time, between the two sons and their famous mother, which was sparked after her conservatorship was terminated in November 2021.
Britney went through a period of not seeing he sons, and in 2022 Jayden said in a statement: “I love you a lot, and I hope for the best for you.
“Maybe one day we can sit down . . . and talk again and have a normal conversation.”
But they ended up reuniting after Britney decided to “focus on rebuilding” the bond she has with her sons.
The Hit Me Baby One More Time hitmaker also revealed recently that she had bought Jayden a brand new Mercedes AMG SL 63 roadster valued at $187K.
She also recently opened up about being “fragile” and navigating the “hardest years” of her life while confessing she is “hungry”.
The blond bombshell bared her booty while getting candid about her healing journey – just mere hours after going nude in yet another raunchy snap.
In the caption, Britney penned, “We’re just people so fragile and human the hardest years of my life were my two sons gone for those 3 years …
“I was cut off from calling or texting and I remember in shock my secret to survival was denial and a lot of tears.”
She went on, “It’s weird me and Sam were married, but it almost felt like a fake distraction to help me deal with it …
