The Department of Transportation (DOTr) on Tuesday said the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) will comply with the memorandum requiring an explanation for the apparent lack of public utility vehicles (PUVs) on major roads such as Commonwealth Avenue.
