‘Hindi na sampayan’: DICT eyes to complete placing telco lines underground by 2028

The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) on Tuesday said that it was targeting to complete the transfer of fiber optic telecommunications lines underground before the end of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s term in 2028.
