Former Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo has asked a Pasig court to allow her to remain at the Pasig City Jail Female Dormitory, seeking to halt her transfer to the Correctional Institution for Women (CIW) in Mandaluyong following her conviction for qualified human trafficking.
