120 Bahadur Box Office Collection Day 1: The historical war film starring Farhan Akhtar and Raashii Khanna in the lead roles is struggling at the box office on its opening day. The film was released on Friday, November 21, and started slowly, collecting just 2.25 crore at the box office on its first day.
Starring Farhan Akhtar in the powerful role of Major Shaitan Singh and Raashii Khanna in the strong character of Major Shaitan Singh’s wife, Shagun Kanwar, the duo set a new benchmark. The film is getting mixed reviews from critics and audiences, and it also recorded low collections on the first day.
Directed by Razneesh Razy Ghai and produced by Excel Entertainment and Trigger Happy Studios, the historic film is based on the true story of Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, who was honoured with the Param Vir Chakra for his bravery in the Battle of Rezang La. Param Vir Chakra is the highest honour in the Indian military.
120 Bahadur marked a slow start; however, it managed to bring in a decent collection of 2.25 despite the strong competitors like Masti 4 and De De Pyaar De 2.
