Fourteen police officers assigned to the PNP Drug Enforcement Group (PDEG) Special Operations Unit (SOU) 4A in Calabarzon region have been accused of raping and robbing an 18-year-old Grade 9 student who also works as an online seller in Bacoor City, Cavite.
