In today’s competitive television landscape, sustaining for a long time has become a tough task, and the latest on the radar is Colors TV’s show Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyaag Tandav. The mythological show is all set to go off-air soon. Earlier, there were reports of the show ending, but now it has been confirmed.
Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyaag Tandav, starring Ram Yashvardhan and Subha Rajput in the lead, the mythological show is likely to air its last episode on January 2, 2026 (first Friday of 2026) because the new show ‘Mahadev And Sons’ is set to replace the show at the 8:00 PM time slot from January 5, 2026.
The reason behind the channel axing Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyaag Tandav is unknown; however, low TRP ratings might be the reason. However, the show still managed to record a decent 1.1 TVR at the TRP chart. However, an official confirmation is still awaited.
Mahadev And Sons is an upcoming Colors TV show, produced by Saurabh Tewari’s Parin Multimedia. The show has Shakti Anand playing the central role. Actresses Sneha Wagh, Manasi Salvi, and Aashutosh Tiwari appear in key roles. The show will see Aasim Khan, Muohi Joshi, Garvita Sadhwani, and Neha Rana playing the main leads.
