Sobo Films, which has delivered impactful shows like Dr B.R. Ambedkar and Maati Se Bandhi Dor, will soon be coming up with a new show on Sun Neo. The show will be a supernatural genre, made on a big scale. The banner is also working on a show for Sony SAB simultaneously, as per media reports.
For the Sun Neo show, the makers have roped in the popular actor Abhishek Malik for the lead role. Abhishek was seen in the all-engaging lead role in Zee TV’s Jamai No 1 recently. Joining him will be actress Neha Solanki, who played the lead in Star Plus’ Titli.
As we know, Sun Neo is doing well with the shows Divya Prem: Pyaar aur Rahasya Ki Kahani and Prathaon Ki Odhe Chunri: Beendani doing well. Divya Prem: Pyaar aur Rahasya Ki Kahani is a supernatural thriller, while Prathaon Ki Odhe Chunri: Beendani is a family drama with deep cultural roots. The show saw the big entry of Bhojpuri actress Rani Chatterjee recently, and will see the seasoned actor Apara Mehta entering in a strong role soon.
