‘Habagat’ returns, to bring widespread rains and flood risks in coming days

The southwest monsoon or “hanging Habagat” has returned after a week-long monsoon break and is now bringing widespread rains across several parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila, according to the state weather bureau PAGASA.
