Cignal HD opens PVL on Tour with sweep of Akari

The Cignal HD Spikers are off to a strong start in the PVL on Tour, sweeping the Akari Chargers on Sunday afternoon at the Chavit Coliseum in Vigan, Ilocos Sur.
