Ex-DepEd secretary Armin Luistro named new member of Vatican dicastery

Pope Leo XIV has appointed former Education chief Armin Luistro as a new member of the Dicastery for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life, along with other bishops and clergy.
