Security is high after President Donald Trump’s decision to strike Iran.

And that military action from the President has led to fears of a revenge terror strike.

Vance watched a Fifa Club World Cup soccer game at the TQL Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio on Wednesday.

The 26,000-seat venue is home to FC Cincinnati in Major League Soccer.

And it is less than an hour’s drive from Vance’s hometown of Middletown, Ohio.

The Vice President saw German side Borussia Dortmund defeat South Korean team Ulsan HD.

He watched the game from a VIP suite inside the stadium with wife Usha.

And pictures from the game showed Secret Service agents positioned on the roof above where they were sat.

Vance took time out to watch the game while President Trump was at the NATO summit in Europe.

Trump, Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio worked on a ceasefire between Israel and Iran.

The Vice President also spoke at a fundraiser in Lima, Ohio on Tuesday night.

After the US’ decision to strike Iran, border agents have been sent a warning.

Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Rodney Scott sent a memo to agents which was seen by the New York Post.

It read, “Over the past four years, thousands of Iranian nationals have been documented entering the United States illegally and countless more were likely in the known and unknown got-a-ways.

“Though we have not received any specific credible threats to share with you all currently, the threat of sleeper cells or sympathizers acting on their own, or at the behest of Iran has never been higher.”

The US is currently hosting the Fifa Club World Cup as well as the Concacaf Gold Cup.

The two events are in preparation for the Fifa World Cup next summer.

Both have been hit by political issues given the current world climate.

There was concern over games in the Los Angeles area in both competitions after protests over ICE raids.

And there were also fears of raids taking place at some games.
