Senator Risa Hontiveros welcomed the ruling of the Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 34, which granted the quo warranto petition against dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo and ousted her from the position for being “undoubtedly a Chinese citizen.”
