SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO) — A 45-year-old Sioux Falls man has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault following an investigation under the 8th Street Bridge Tuesday by the Sioux Falls Police Department.
According to Sgt. Cole German, police responded to a man down call at 11:13 p.m. Monday and officers found an unconscious 39-year-old woman. The woman was taken to a hospital and is listed in critical condition, police said.
Jubal Rider Rattler was identified as the suspect and arrested by investigators.

A police presence was seen under the 8th Street bridge in downtown Sioux Falls Tuesday morning.
Police spokesman Aaron Benson said Tuesday morning that police were investigating an assault and there were no deaths.

Tape is blocking off entering the sidewalk area on the west side of the bridge. Crews are mapping out the scene.
