Foodies will need to prepare to contain their excitement, as it has recently emerged that White Castle has followed Chick-fil-A and has now launched a new ‘crispy’ menu item.

Not only is the chain taking inspiration from Chick-fil-A, but it comes not long after Culver’s launched an upgraded lineup of chicken sandwiches.
Meanwhile, Popeyes, Taco Bell and McDonald’s all expanded their crispy chicken offerings in recent months.
The chain has now announced a new Crispy Chicken Slider, marking its first new, permanent premium item in three years.
The chicken sliders contain all-white meat chicken with a buttermilk breading.
They also come topped with a new honeycomb mustard sauce.
Not only this, but for 20 cents more, foodies can get a Deluxe Chicken Slider, which has American cheese, lettuce and tomato.
Both chicken sliders are sandwiched between the brand’s signature pillowy soft buns.
The updated menu item is bigger and crispier than its predecessor, and costs 10 cents less.
The Crispy Chicken Slider is priced at $2.39 while the Crispy Chicken Deluxe costs $2.59, according to the chain’s online ordering website.
White Castle frequently updates its menu with limited-time offerings, like flavors for its Chicken Rings, new Shrimp Nibblers and French Toast Sliders.
But this latest product is the first permanent menu item it’s added to its menu since 2022.
Three years ago, White Castle launched the 1921 Slider, which was inspired by the chain’s first slider.
And that’s not all – as part of this delicious rollout, White Castle is offering an epic deal to members of its Craver Nation Rewards program.

The fan favorite chain has also recently announced the extension of its hours for the summer.
As of June 20, 91% of its restaurants open until at least 1am.
Not only this, but even better, 72% of restaurants will be open 24/7.
