Weather bureau PAGASA has raised a yellow rainfall alert over Metro Manila, Bataan, Cavite, Rizal, Bulacan, Zambales and a portion of Batangas as of 5 a.m. Thursday, indicating 7.5 mm-15 mm rains within one hour, which will continue in the next two hours.
