Shoppers have praised the additions as “unexpectedly awesome” after doubts were previously raised that everyone would be able to obtain the product.

The release of the Nintendo Switch 2 has been hotly anticipated among gamers for months.
But before its release, there had been concern that the release night would cause chaos.
The US Sun reported on the announcement from Best Buy that the store would be opening at midnight for the release.
Patrick McGinnis, chief merchandising officer at Best Buy, said: “There are some moments gamers don’t forget, and one of those is the excitement and anticipation that comes with being one of the first to get the hot new console on launch night.
“We can’t wait to bring that moment to life with the Nintendo Switch 2, and help customers level up their gaming experience.”
But the fear came with the added news that a limited number of consoles would be on hand for those who had not placed a pre-order.
It led some to believe that release night would turn into chaos as shoppers tried to grab the remaining consoles.
Excitement was so high that even those who had placed a pre-order were worried about not getting their product.
One person wrote on Reddit: “Do lines matter? Like I assume not because they have the system reserved in your name but for some reason I’m worried that its not like that, hence why its a dumb question.
“I’ve just been really nervous about my switch 2 cause I’m so excited.”

Meanwhile, shoppers at Walmart have revealed the fun way the retailer celebrated the release of the Nintendo Switch 2.
Customers showed the two bonus items they got with their gaming system, a free can of Pringles and a bottle of Coca-Cola.
The two freebies will let shoppers try out their Nintendo Switch 2 in true gaming fashion, with snacks and soda to keep them energised as they burn the hours away playing.
One gamer showed the haul on the social media platform X, heaping praise on Walmart for the cool touch.

In the comments, people joked that because the bottle of Coke had the name Brian on it, it was Brian’s order.
One user quipped: “You have to change your name to Brian now.”
A second social media user revealed the goodies to fans, unable to contain his surprise and excitement.
He wrote: “So the Walmart Switch 2 release day delivery came with (I s**t you not) a coke and Pringles.
“Unbeknownst to me, this was indeed intentional.”
In the comments of that post, someone else who received the items along with their Nintendo Switch 2 showed off the note Walmart left in the bag.
