CONFIRMED hours for Walmart and Costco on July 4 have been revealed, and shoppers need to know what will be open.
The upcoming holiday is set to have massive implications for shoppers all over the country.

This year, Americans have already been impacted by a few major federal holidays, including Easter Sunday and Juneteenth.
Retailers often change their hours to work around these holidays, meaning Americans can’t access stores like normal.
Now, Fourth of July is making the same disruption customers.
Walmart and Costco have confirmed the hours they will be open for on Independence Day.
Shoppers at Walmart do not have anything to worry about, as the stores will remain open as normal.
But Costco has confirmed it will be shutting all of its warehouses for the entire day to celebrate July 4.
Costco will be closed on Friday, so shoppers are advised to work around this and head somewhere else for last minute snacks.
Meanwhile, Aldi will have opening hours varying on location, so checking with your local store is vital.
Trader Joe’s has told USA Today that it will be opening like normal for most of the day, but will be closing at 5pm.
And Wholefoods will be operating on location-dependent hours, so shoppers also need to check with their local stores in this case.
Much like Walmart, many stores will be unaffected by July 4 and will maintain their regular store hours.
Tech lovers can expect Best Buy to remain open as usual, while those looking for a bargain can rely on Dollar General.
WHAT ELSE WILL BE CLOSED?
Given that July 4 is a federal holiday, all major bank branches will be closed for the day.
Americans are warned that they will not be able to go to a brick and mortar location and ask a bank teller a question.
Online services are still functioning, but a delay in transactions being processed can be expected.
Mail delivery is also set to be impacted, with companies like FedEx and the USPS halting different operations.
FedEx will be shutting down some of its core operations, such as the FedEx Freight and FedEx Logistics offices.
But you will still be able to access the main FedEx Office on modified hours.
With the USPS, you will be able to access online services such as purchasing stamps, printing labels, and requesting package pickups.
USPS Priority Mail Express will also remain operational, as it is every day of the year, including on holidays.
