KHLOE Kardashian appears to have ‘secretly gotten liposuction’ and even more plastic surgeries that she ‘wasn’t fully honest’ about in her recent online confession, a famed surgeon has claimed.
The Kardashians star followed in sister, Kylie Jenner’s, footsteps by admitting all of the exact work she’s had done to her face and body over the years.

After years of fans claiming Khloe, 41, had a “new face” every week, the Good American founder finally came clean about what she had gone under the knife for.
In an Instagram comment she shared this week, she named “every” cosmetics procedure she’s had done.
Khloe revealed that she’s gotten a nose job, laser hair removal on her hairline, botox and sculpture, laser treatments for skin tightening, dermatitis fillers, collagen injections in the chin and neck, salmon sperm facials and various peptides.
However, a plastic surgery expert has expressed doubt that those are the only procedures the KUWTK alum has had done.
According to, RealSelf certified surgeons and husband and wife duo, Dr. Vivek Bansal, MD and Dr. Badreshia-Bansal, it is very “likely” that Khloe had more cosmetic work done than publicly acknowledge “based on her evolving appearance over the years.”
“In addition to the nose job she’s confirmed, changes in facial contour — particularly her jawline, cheek and lip volume, and overall facial symmetry — suggest the possibility of dermal fillers, jawline contouring (possibly with RF microneedling or buccal fat removal), and perhaps even subtle surgical enhancements.
“Body-wise, her waist-to-hip ratio and gluteal volume suggest potential body contouring procedures like liposuction, with fat transfer.
“Her skin texture appears very smooth and taut, which may indicate the use of energy-based devices such as lasers or radiofrequency treatments.”

“She likely maintains her look with injectables like Botox and filler, along with aggressive skincare routines including chemical peels and possibly skin-tightening procedures,” the famed surgeons added.
They went on to explain that it’s not “uncommon” for celebrities to reveal “select details” about their plastic surgery procedures and only open up about the ones that “feel more acceptable” or “relatable” to the public.
“While it’s hard to say she ‘lied,’ her admitted procedures may only represent part of the picture.
“Her transformation appears more comprehensive than she has acknowledged, especially when considering facial structure and body contour.
“It’s also possible she’s undergone multiple non-surgical treatments — which some people don’t count as ‘plastic surgery’ per se — like filler dissolving, re-volumizing, laser resurfacing (esp given her recent history of melanoma excision leaving a facial scar) or collagen stimulation.
“These treatments can cause substantial changes over time but are often underreported,” Dr. Vivek Bansal, MD and Dr. Badreshia-Bansal told The U.S. Sun.
TWO FACED?
Earlier this month, an aesthetic doctor took to Instagram to speculate what surgeries he thinks Khloe has had done.
Dr. Jonny Betteridge said: “Khloe has changed a lot over the past few years,” before listing what work he believed she might have undergone.
Among his speculation, Dr. Betteridge theorized that Khloe might have had a “face and neck lift” as well as a “chin implant”, “rhinoplasty”, and “upper blepharoplasty” as well as a “temporal brow lift”.
In a surprising move, Khloe was quick to come forward to correct Dr. Betteridge and reveal the exact procedures she has undergone over the years.
“I take this as a great compliment,” she commented in her reply to the doctor’s Instagram post.
She went on: “First off I think these photos are about 15 years apart, but here’s a list of things that I have done.
“I’ve been very open in the past about what I have done so here we go.”
Khloe then listed every surgery and “tweakment” she has undergone, in addition to acknowledging that dropping “80 lbs over the years” drastically changed her appearance.
