BEN SHELTON has left British fans fuming after slamming a “garbage” part of Wimbledon.
The American tenth seed was beaten in the quarter-final today by world No.1 Jannik Sinner in straight sets.

Shelton risked the wrath of supporters in the UK after his controversial comments went viral across the pond.
The 22-year-old was asked by the BBC for his “ruthless” takes on British food and life in London.
Things started well for the Georgia-born star as he rated a cup of tea a 9/10 and fish and chips a 7.5/10.
But he slammed the classic full English breakfast that consists of sausages, bacon, hash browns, beans, tomatoes, black pudding and toast.
Shelton gave it a 0/10 and did not hold back on his thoughts.
He continued: “English breakfast is garbage.
“Who puts beans in? What are we doing it is terrible?”
Shelton’s remarks have caused uproar at Wimbledon, with one fan saying: “Resounding boos for the rest of the tournament is the only way to deal with this sacrilege.”
A second added: “That breakfast comment is disrespectful.”
Another reacted: “He has no idea what good food is.”
But fans from the US backed him up, replying: “I love this guy. At least he’s honest!”
Shelton also slammed British roads for being too congested and not wide enough.
Overall, he gave London a 7/10 and it was only knocked down due to traffic problems.
Meanwhile, the BBC have apologised to Shelton after a top commentator referred to his girlfriend Trinity Rodman as “Tiffany” during his previous match against Lorenzo Sonego.
