The pair were at the launch of the Luminara superyacht that charges a whopping $78,000 per night – launched by by the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.
Celebrity guests included Martha Stewart, Naomi Campbell, Kendall Jenner and Kate Hudson among others during a two-night voyage which featured drone shows and performances from the likes of Ellie Goulding and Sting.
But having set sail from Rome, Italy, Brady, 47, and Vergara, 54, apparently caught each others eyes at one of the gala dinners on board.
According to Page Six, Brady had asked to switch seats to sit next to her at dinner.
The pair were photographed together and a source familiar with the situation claims the meeting was not a coincidence.
They have then continued to hang out with one another in popular holiday destination, Ibiza.
Vergara has been sharing her summer fun with fans by posting snaps of it on social media.
However, so far she has kept quiet over any romantic outings with Brady, with representatives on the pair also refusing to comment.
The summer romance comes after Brady attended the lavish wedding of multi-billionaire Jeff Bezos as he tied the knot with Lauren Sanchez in Venice, Italy.
Brady also took the chance to spend some time with daughter, Vivian, who he shares with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen.
Brady retired from the NFL in 2022, having the Super Bowl seven times and being named MVP on five of those occasions.
Meanwhile, Vergara – who has 35.3 million followers on Instagram – was previously married to Joe Manganiello.
