BASKETBALL player LiAngelo Ball and influencer Nikki Mudarris are expecting their second child – but the ex-NBA star has reportedly filed for a divorce.
The realtor and former reality TV star announced her second pregnancy just last week.

But according to court documents obtained by TMZ, Ball requested the split from Rashida Nicole at a Southern California courthouse on June 15th.
The documents also showed that they only began their marriage on March 24th.
The timing of the news has come as a shock to fans given that fact that, just one week prior, Nicole revealed that her and Ball were expecting a child.
She said on Instagram: “Wish I had all the right words to describe this journey, but I guess if I had to define it, all I can truly say is: I’m grateful, terrified, anxious, nauseous, HANGRY.
“As a teen mom, I was always hesitant about going thru pregnancy and parenthood again. (Iykyk) I want to thank my daughter for being here for me during this process, always demonstrating unconditional LOVE & reassuring me that, ‘Everything is alright!’ And for now…I choose to protect my peace and this beautiful energy.
“One of the best birthday gifts I could have received.”
Nikki Mudarris and LiAngelo welcomed their first, LaVelo into the world in July 2023.
Who is Nikki Mudarris?
Mudarris comes from Los Angeles, California, and gained fame after appearing on VH1’s Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood.
She was part of the main cast in three of the show’s six seasons.
In 2017, Nikki appeared in the horror reality show Scared Famous, becoming the first contestant to be eliminated.
She also made cameos on other VH1 shows, including Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta and Leave It to Stevie.
Currently, the socialite works as a real estate agent in the Los Angeles area.
She also models for Fashion Nova and runs her own lingerie brand, Nude By Nikki.
It’s unknown when Mudarris met Ball, 25, but she revealed how the two met in an interview with Sheen Magazine two years ago.
“We ran into each other when we’re at Runyon Canyon walking our dogs,” she said.
“We exchanged numbers and just went from there.”
Nikki revealed she thought it was love at first sight.
“I think so, for me for sure,” she said.
“I told him three weeks after we met, I loved him.”
LiAngelo last played for Astros de Jalisco in Mexico.
After going undrafted in 2018, he hooped for a couple of teams in the G League and participated in the 2022 NBA Summer League with the Charlotte Hornets.
His two brothers, Lonzo and LaMelo, are both NBA guards.
