The Comelec on Monday assured the public that the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) parliamentary elections will proceed as planned on Oct. 13, as it formally signed a memorandum of agreement with National Printing Office and Miru Systems for the printing of official ballots.
