The gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bath apartment is available fully furnished at that price point, and from the listing photos, Jim’s eye for home decor, or his ability to hire an interior designer, is impeccable.
If the tenant wants to forgo the furnishings, Jim’s home can be rented for $10,500 a month.
According to the listing, the pad hit the New York City rental market just over a month ago, days before his relationship with the Friends icon went public.
The plush apartment is described as blending charm with modern convenience.
Features such as exposed bricks and a casement glass partition give the home a “loft” style feel, and the building is just steps away from the iconic New York City waterfront.
For her part, Jennifer, 56, lives full time in Los Angeles, and calls a $21 million Bel-Air mansion home.
SUMMER GETAWAY
As The U.S. Sun previously revealed, the actress was recently seen enjoying a romantic getaway with hypnotist Jim, who refers to himself as a “wellness pioneer.”
The pair were introduced by mutual friends.
This marks Jennifer’s first public relationship since her separation from Justin Theroux in 2017.
She was spotted looking close with Jim while on holiday on the Spanish island of Mallorca.
“They’re keeping things very low-key, but they’ve been spending a lot of time together,” a source shared with Us Weekly. “They’re happy and really into each other.”
The insider continued: “They’ve been meeting up a lot, mostly under the radar at her Los Angeles home… it’s a very calming environment, which aligns with her interests. They’re well-suited to one another.”
Jennifer has been subtly hinting at their relationship, such as liking several of Jim’s Instagram posts since May, including one about “a divorce, breakup or challenging romance.”
Jim, in turn, showed his support by liking her May 25 post, which featured a collection of photos, including a snap of his book, Shift: Quantum Manifestation Guide.
The wellness expert has spoken about his path to becoming a hypnotist, explaining that it began with his own healing journey.
“After battling with a chronic illness for over 30 years, I learned how to heal and recover from the mental and physical pain it left me with,” Jim wrote on his website.
“Through doing the inner work, I not only changed my life, but I’ve helped thousands of others break free from their past to create an entirely new, empowered reality.”
JENNIFER’S PAST ROMANCES
Jennifer, 56, first crossed paths with her ex-husband and fellow actor Justin in 2007, though their romance didn’t begin until 2011.
The couple tied the knot in 2015 but announced their separation two years later, followed by their divorce.
Prior to her relationship with Justin, Jennifer was married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005.
Although fans have long hoped for the pair to rekindle their romance, they remain acquaintances and nothing more.
