A BELOVED reality TV show is getting a new spinoff in Canada – and the upcoming series’ main star has already been spotted filming.
Fans of Jersey Shore will likely rejoice as photos circulating social media show an MTV superstar filming for what’s thought to be a brand new series.

Jersey Shore icon Snooki, whose real name is Nicole Polizzi, was recently seen arriving at Kelowna International Airport.
On Tuesday, Snooki posted a TikTok video revealing that she was on a flight from New Jersey bound to Canada.
This comes months after Paramount+ announced casting was open for the first Canadian version of the international MTV reality Shores franchise.
At the time, it was also revealed the working title for the show was Canada Shore.
Produced by Canada’s Insight Productions, filming was scheduled to begin in summer 2025.
According to Variety, the casting call was looking for a cast of 10 “fresh-faced, unapologetically wild Canadian singletons who embody the Shores spirit”.
The casting call added, “Together, they’ll unite to make one big, imperfect family, ready to experience the most unforgettable, unfiltered summer of their lives.”
Early rumors about the Canadian spinoff pointed towards the series being set set in Okanagan.
There has been a video circulating on social media, showing Snooki being filmed by a crew while in Canada.
Snooki was seemingly spotted filming for Canada Shore in Kelowna, B.C.
In a video shared on X, Snooki could be seen walking around while men with cameras filmed her.
“Snooki is in Kelowna I need to get there immediately,” said one person in reaction to the rumors.
“Another Shore spinoff that won’t make it past 1 season,” said another.
“Oh the canandians about to SERVE and save the Shore franchise IKTFR Kelowna is big party town so this is gonna be good,” added a third.
Jersey Shore first catapulted onto our screens in December 2009.
The cast were aged between 19 and 26 and the show followed their party lifestyles.

Geordie Shore is the UK’s version, Acapulco Shore is the Mexican version of the show, and there are also versions in Poland, Florida, Rio and Spain.
Speaking of the new Canadian version, Vanessa Case, vice president of content at Paramount+ and Pluto TV Canada, said, “Canadians have loved this fun, shocking, and authentic format since ‘Jersey Shore’ first debuted in 2009.”
She added, “We’re confident audiences will embrace this Canadian iteration, with its larger-than-life personalities, raw drama, and those unforgettable moments that define what becoming a Shore family is all about.”
