A LONGTIME loyalist of Joe Biden has become the third ex-staffer to invoke their Fifth Amendment right to Congress probing the former president’s mental health while in office.
Annie Tomasini, Biden‘s former deputy chief of staff, declined to answer questions before the Republican-led House Oversight Committee on Friday, when she was called for a closed-door interview.
Tomasini refused to answer questions about Biden’s mental health, his handling of classified documents, and the use of the presidential autopen during his term.
