SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A second man is behind bars in connection with a shootout in downtown Sioux Falls.
18-year-old Juliane Kubara is charged with aggravated assault and aggravated riot.
Early in the morning on June 22nd, court documents say he was part of a group of people wearing masks who are accused of firing guns in this parking lot. A man on the opposite side of the lot is accused of shooting toward the group and hitting Kubara in the groin.
21-year-old Zachariah Ruffner was booked into jail Thursday.
He’s charged with Aggravated Assault. Both men are being held on $100,000 bond.
Court documents say there were a lot of people around at the time when gunfire broke out. They were walking in the area and on the patio of a nearby business.
