Families living near Taal Lake evacuate due to Habagat, ‘Crising’

Residents living near Taal Lake and along the mountain slopes in the town of Laurel, Batangas have started evacuating due to continuous heavy rains brought by the southwest monsoon, intensified by Tropical Storm Crising.
