PH starts talks on US ammunition hub in Subic: ambassador

Filipino diplomats and economic teams have begun discussions on the United States’ plan to construct an ammunitions hub in Subic, an ambassdor said on Sunday, noting that the project is deemed “beneficial” for the Philippines.
