Manila eyes state of calamity as flooding displaces over 1,000 residents

Manila Mayor Isko Moreno on Tuesday visited evacuation centers in Sta. Cruz and Baseco where 1,289 individuals are taking shelter amid the heavy rains due to the habagat. He announced plans to declare a state of calamity in the city.
