Basey port opens to RoRo ships plying Samar-Tacloban route

Modifications have been made to a port in Basey, Samar to accommodate roll-on, roll-off (RoRo) ships and ease congestion caused by restrictions on the use of the San Juanico Bridge between Samar and Leyte.
